Kent Baker (USA) and Prof. Dr. Hartwig Bohne (Denmark), who are renowned Researchers of Academia.
The conference provides a platform in Sri Lanka for local and international Researchers and Academics to disseminate their research findings while exploring global alliances to enhance the quality and strength of the Interdisciplinary Conference on Management Researchers. Further, it intends to strengthen the network among Young Researchers and local and foreign management experts while encouraging multidisciplinary dialogues between Researchers and Practitioners in conjunction with different research findings and implications.
University and Academic Partnerships: ICMR 2021
Academic and research collaborations between two geographically distant and culturally diversified but institutionally comparable Universities may lead both the host University and the partner institutions for several benefits. The initiation of future research collaborations, the introduction of staff and student exchange programs, and enhancement of branding and global ranking are a few to be emphasised.
This conference will create a platform to initiate future Academic partnerships with proposed Universities as those Universities also offer standard programs and expertise in management. In such instances, it is significant to identify specific areas for long-term partnerships where partnership and collaboration will benefit both Universities. Further, such partnerships will lead to organising staff and student exchange programs to share knowledge, advanced technology, and diversified cultures existing around the region. Academic partnerships will also enhance branding and global ranking to get the attention of international academia as they have a collective intellectual wealth.
This time, the Interdisciplinary Conference of Management Researchers (ICMR-2021) is being organised for the 6thconsecutive year and proudly collaborated with Emerald Publishing as the academic partner and remarked a milestone of the faculty history. Emerald Publishing has extended its supportive hands to the research conference in many aspects, including opening opportunities for best manuscripts to be published in renowned journals such as the International Journal of Emerging Markets and the South Asian Journal of Marketing. Further, the faculty have collaborated with the Gulf Medical University (Ajman, UAE), Shaheed Bhagat Sing College of the University of Delhi, and University of Technology MARA, Malaysia, to conduct its management conference on an international scale.
