BCAS Graduation Day 2019 ,1319 Students Earn Master Degrees, Degrees and HNDs

BCAS campus, the top ranked and leading higher educational provider in Sri Lanka held its annual Graduation Day on November 5 at the Lotus Pond theatre. Some 567 young men and women were conferred with Bachelors and Masters by UK’s University of Wolverhampton and University of East London. A further 752 students were awarded Pearson, UK’s BTEC Higher National Diplomas in disciplines, such as IT, Quantity Surveying, Biomedical Sciences, Law, Business and Engineering (Civil and Telecommunication).
The event was held in two successive separate sessions for the University of Wolverhampton, UK and again for the University of East London and the Pearson, UK. Pro Vice Chancellor of University of Wolverhampton Mr Tim Steele and Dr Wayne Heaselgrave, Head of the Department, Biomedical Science of the university graced the first session.
The second session was attended by Mr Barry Collins, University of East London’s Program Leader for LLM and International Partnerships Co-ordinator, UEL School of Business and Law, the Country Manager for Pearson UK Ms Premila Paulraj, Regional Director and Suriya Bibile the Territory Manager, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Nepal on behalf of the Pearson UK.
Sixteen students who excelled in theses and general academic performance were recognised with special awards.
The event was embellished with interludes while mementos and tokens of appreciation were presented to the VIPs who graced the occasion.

BCAS has received several awards locally and internationally, including the ones from Pearson UK as the premier HND course provider (Platinum Award) in Sri Lanka in testimony of its Highest quality and standards.
