HCL TechBee Empowers A-Level Graduates Early Career Programme in IT

he world is changing faster than ever and for students taking their first steps after their A-Level examinations in Sri Lanka, there are a lot of things to consider. Instead of beginning a professional career after 4 years, HCL TechBee students begin their IT career within a year on enrolling for the program. While working with HCL, they can pursueBSc(Hons)/BIT degree (University of Moratuwa and University of Colombo) programmes from Horizon Campus.
The path to financial independence starts young and HCL TechBee gives students a chance to start earning within a one year of completing A-Levels and enrolling for this program. Students receive a monthly allowance and on completion of program they get an assured job with a starting salary that is on par with the industry standards.

How to enroll for HCL TechBee
To get started with your career in one of the most dynamic and rewarding industries, students must meet the below eligibility criteria:
· Students must have passed their Advanced Level Examinations (A/Ls) in 2015 or later with a minimum ‘S’ grade in 3 core subjects and English
· Students must be citizens of Sri Lanka
· Students must undergo the selection process which includes HCL CAT (Common Aptitude Test) and a stability interview before joining the TechBee programme
